🏆 TVC GAMES RULE BOOK (Weighted Points System)
1. Objective
This rule book outlines the process for determining the winners of the Games, ensuring fairness, inclusiveness, and healthy competition.

2. Medal Awards
Each event will award medals as follows:
• 🥇 Gold Medal – 1st place
• 🥈 Silver Medal – 2nd place
• 🥉 Bronze Medal – 3rd place

3. Points Allocation
Medals are worth the following points:
• Gold = 5 points
• Silver = 3 points
• Bronze = 1 point
Points are cumulative and will be tracked in the official scoreboard.
THE PARACE EVENT, WHICH WILL BE THE FIRST OF THE DAY HAS ELEVATED IMPORTANCE. THE GOLD FOR THIS EVENT WILL CARRY 7 POINTS, SILVER 5 POINTS, WHILE THE BRONZE 3 POINTS

4. Determining the Final Winners
• The house with the highest total points across all events will be declared the Overall Winner.
• In the event of a tie in points:
1. The house with more gold medals will be ranked higher.
2. If still tied, the house with more silver medals will be ranked higher.
3. If still tied, the house with more bronze medals will be ranked higher.
4. If all are still equal, a special tie-breaker event (e.g., relay race, tug of war, or penalty shootout) will decide the winner.

5. Participation Rules
• Each house must present at least one representative for every event.
• Failure to participate in an event forfeits the chance to earn points in that event.

6. Fair Play
• Unsportsmanlike conduct (cheating, arguing with officials, intentional fouls, or disruption of events) may result in deduction of points.
• The Games Committee reserves the right to decide disciplinary actions.

7. Awards
At the conclusion of the games, awards will be given for:
• 🏆 Overall Champion (highest points) 1st 2nd & 3rd
• 🎖 Most Disciplined House
• 🎉 Best House Spirit (support, cheer, teamwork)
• 🌟 Best Individual Performer – Victor Ludorum (highest medal contributor)
